Individuals
Let’s face it, we all need someone to talk to when life’s struggles set in.
Someone who sits outside of our circle of friends, family and colleagues who can provide us with unbiased and compassionate support. Yet reaching out to a therapist or counselor can be a daunting step. And sadly, there’s still a considerable stigma around seeking mental health support.
At Greater Good we want to change that. We believe mental health support can come in many forms, and that support should be there when you need it and in the way you need it, allowing you to get back to your best self.
We use a mixture of psychological and coaching techniques, delivered through one-to-one confidential sessions. Sessions can take place in person, or online, and are typically offered in 8 or 12 session blocks. During the sessions, we’ll introduce a range of supportive methods so we can find what works best for you. Our focus areas include:
Fostering ongoing resilience and post-traumatic growth after a major life event
Rebuilding physical, emotional or psychological safety
Adapting to a recent illness or injury
Coping with grief or loss
Working with intense emotions such as anger, shame or fear
Transitioning through career changes with confidence and clarity
Learning self-compassion practices to help you cope with stress, anxiety and burnout
Alongside our one-to-one coaching sessions, we also offer group coaching, workshops and training. You can find out more about them here.
